Nonprofit and community organizations that need legal assistance should contact CDLC.
Please note that CDLC does not provide legal assistance to individuals.
To request legal assistance from CDLC:
- Download our Intake Questionnaire by clicking here.
- Submit the completed questionnaire by:
- Faxing to (317) 921-8850;
- Mailing to CDLC at 1802 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202; or
- E-mailing to awhipple@cdlawcenter.org.
If you are unable to download the questionnaire, please call (317) 921-8806 and the Intake Questionnaire will be mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to you. |
